  The board goes through a high-temperature oven, where the solder paste melts and solidifies, securing the components in place.


4. Inspection and Quality Control

  Tools like AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) or X-ray machines are used to catch misalignments, poor solder joints, or missing parts.


5. Through-Hole Component Insertion (if required)

  For components with leads, they may be inserted into holes in the board and soldered either by hand or by wave soldering machines.
