Answer: Our MOQ of mother board is 1 piece for stock item, sample order is acceptable.

3. Why the capacity displayed from PC is smaller than original capacity?
Answer:Flash memory vendors are using decimal arithmetic: 1G = 1000MB; 1MB = 1000KB
The operating system using binary arithmetic: 1GB = 1024MB; 1MB = 1024KB
so there are some differences between display capacity and nominal capacity of flash memory product
As we are factory and we use decimal arithmetic for easy calculate, also we use a little space as the Bad Bolck Management software for SSD's stable using
The real capacity will be:Capacity x 0.93
4: What is your payment terms?
Answer: We accept payment terms: Bank Transfer, Western Union, T/T, and PayPal for small order.
5: How many days to ship the order after the payment?
Answer: Our factory ship the order within 2~3 days for the stock items, 2-3 weeks for OEM order, and 3-5 weeks for ODM order.
6: Can you provlde sample?
Answer: Yes, we can provide sample but we will charge for it in the begining and refund to you when your order up to 500
7. Do your products come with warranty?
Answer:3 years warranty time is provided.
8: Does your factory approved Quality Control?
Answer: Yes, our factory was approved Quallity Control,CE certificate, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004. We have our own RD, QC, QA department, Our QC check each motherboard at each production process before shipping, ensure they are 100% perfect.
9: How is your warranty terms?
Answer: We provide 1 Year warranty for our motherboard products, from the date of purchase, and will provide 0.5% spare parts for customer repairs. In case of out warranty and man-made damage, we provide free repair service, but you have to pay the shipping fee and cost of parts
